Like so many of TFCNJ's program participants, Devon was down on his luck and had been out of work for a while. He was homeless and feeling very discouraged. His employment background was in food service, and this was a great starting point. With help from the team at TFCNJ, Devon maximized his opportunities to gain certifications and to take classes to get him ready for new employment opportunities.
